Raffles City Changning (Mall)

Changning Raffles is located in the Zhongshan Park business district, in total it’s a 280,000 square meter complex, including commercial, three office buildings, as well as preserving some of the historical buildings that were originally on the site. This piece of land was originally St. Mary’s school and had a very famous student namely Eileen Chang.

The commercial part is divided into east and west. The main business in the Eastern District, B1-L7.97 thousand square meters; Western District business more like office support, there are 22,000 square meters.

Stores are mostly mid to high-level retail featuring many local Chinese local retailers and some western brand stores, Nike as an example.
