The Everbright Convention and Exhibition Center consists of two areas being the three-story West Pavilion with a capacity for 1,200 standard booths and the East Hall which can accommodate 200 standard booths.

Unless you are staying at the onsite Everbright Hotel, there aren’t any really nice hotels within easy walking distance, there is a couple of cheap places near the metro but they often have difficulty with foreign guests. I will suggest a couple of nice options that are a short and easy metro ride away.
The hotel has direct access to line 1 and 4 via Shanghai Indoor Stadium Station and it is near to a small mall featuring many restaurants and coffee shops inc a Starbucks. The hotel is five-star featuring pool, spa & massage, sauna, and gym.
The four-star hotel is located near a major shopping area that features Plazza 66 mall and Metro City. Within a short walk is Xujiahui Station which gives you access to line 1, 9, and 11.
